Every purchase on Access Land is covered by our comprehensive buyer protection guarantee.
What Is Covered
- Non-working keys — If your product key or license does not activate, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
- Wrong product delivered — Received something different from what you ordered? We will make it right immediately.
- Non-delivery — If you do not receive your product after payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate charges — Accidentally charged twice? We will refund the extra charge promptly.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind — Once a key has been revealed or delivered, we cannot offer refunds for buyer remorse.
- Used or redeemed keys — Keys that have already been activated cannot be refunded.
- Platform or account issues — Problems with your platform account (e.g., banned accounts) are not covered.
How to File a Claim
- Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase via our Contact page or email support@accessland.io.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include any screenshots or proof (e.g., error messages, activation failures).
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours.
