Buyer Protection

Access Land is the seller responsible for the digital products you buy here. What you receive and how you use it depend on the selected product option; check its region, duration, activation, and account details before checkout.

Your purchase includes an official Access Land invoice. Access Land is responsible for order support and for honoring the commitments in your product terms and our Refund Policy. If you need help, contact support@accessland.io with your order number or checkout email.

If a one-time Windows or Office key will not activate when first received, we will refund the full amount paid for that key. If a key or account sold for a stated term fails on delivery or stops working during that purchased term, we will refund the full amount paid for the affected product. A replacement or troubleshooting session is optional, not a condition of either covered refund.

For an activation or access problem, non-delivery, a wrong item, or a duplicate charge, email support@accessland.io with your order number or checkout email and a short description. We will locate the order and review the issue. The Refund Policy gives the full scope; this page does not create a broader unconditional guarantee.
