Because Access Land sells digital products, our refund policy differs from physical goods retailers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligible for Refund
- Product key or license does not work as described
- Wrong product was delivered
- Duplicate charge on your payment method
- Product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after key has been revealed or delivered
- Product key has already been redeemed or activated
- Issues caused by your platform account (bans, restrictions)
- Failure to meet product requirements (e.g., wrong region, platform)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Email support@accessland.io or use our Contact page.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Provide screenshots or proof if applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. For cryptocurrency purchases, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as crypto transactions are non-reversible.
