Access Land sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically. Your order is delivered digitally after payment confirmation through one or more of these methods:
- Product key or license key
- Gift card or wallet code
- Account credentials
- Account invite
- Account upgrade confirmation
- Activation or redemption instructions
- Download or access link
Instant Digital Delivery
Many Access Land products are eligible for instant digital delivery after payment confirmation. When a product is marked for instant delivery, the key, code, or access details are delivered by email and may also be available from your Access Land account.
Instant delivery may require successful payment authorization and basic fraud checks. If an order needs manual review, delivery may take longer.
Manual Or Account-Based Delivery
Some products require manual setup, account preparation, an invite, or an upgrade confirmation. For those products, the delivery timeline shown on the product page applies.
Manual or account-based delivery may include:
- Login credentials for a new account
- An invitation to join a subscription or team
- An upgrade applied to your existing account
- A confirmation message after activation
- Setup instructions sent by email

Access Land may deliver order details through:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your Access Land account order page
- Customer support messages when extra confirmation is needed

Delivery timing depends on the product type.

Order Review
Some orders may be delayed for payment review, fraud prevention, incorrect customer details, region mismatch, stock confirmation, or manual fulfillment. If review is needed, Access Land support may contact you for more information.
If You Do Not Receive Your Order
If your order was paid but you did not receive delivery details:
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
- Check the order page in your Access Land account.
- Confirm that the checkout email address is correct.
- Contact support with your order number.
Access Land buyer protection covers eligible non-delivery issues according to the Buyer Protection and Refund Policy.
Important Delivery Notes
- Digital products are delivered only after payment confirmation.
- Region-locked products must be purchased for the correct region.
- Some account products may have password, email, device, or profile restrictions.
- A valid delivered key/code/account may become non-refundable once revealed, redeemed, or used, except where buyer protection applies.
