About Access Land

Who We Are

Access Land is an independent online store for digital products. When you buy here, Access Land is the seller responsible for your order, delivery, and support. We are not a marketplace where other sellers list products for you to buy from them.

The way a product is sourced and delivered can vary. Our supply can include direct purchases, reseller arrangements, and third-party sellers. That does not mean Access Land is an official partner of every brand shown on the site. A key, account, invitation, and subscription are different types of access; check the selected product option for what you receive, its region, duration, and any setup or account conditions.

We provide an official Access Land invoice for your purchase. It records your transaction with Access Land, and we take responsibility for order support and the commitments set out in your product terms and our Refund Policy.

If a one-time Windows or Office key will not activate when first received, we will refund the full amount paid for that key. If a key or account sold for a stated term fails on delivery or stops working during that term, we will refund the full amount paid for the affected product. You do not have to accept a replacement first. Our Refund Policy explains the scope and how to contact us.
