Digital delivery guide

How digital product delivery works after checkout

Access Land delivers digital products after payment confirmation; nothing is physically shipped. Depending on the product, delivery may be a key, code, account credentials, invite, upgrade confirmation, instructions, or access link. Automated products may arrive quickly, while account-based or reviewed orders follow the timeline on the product page.

Short rule: Paid does not always mean delivered in the same second. Payment must be confirmed, the order may be reviewed, and the product’s own delivery mechanism controls the final step.

Order timeline

Product selected
→ checkout email and product details confirmed
  → payment authorized/confirmed
→ automated fulfillment or manual/review path
→ delivery sent to email and/or Access Land account
→ buyer activates, redeems, accepts, or signs in
→ support review if the product is missing or does not work as described

Step 1: choose the exact product

Before checkout, confirm:

  • Product mechanism.
  • Region and currency.
  • Platform and device.
  • Version, edition, plan, or denomination.
  • Duration.
  • Required buyer input.
  • Delivery method and stated window.

Delivery cannot correct a wrong edition, region, or account after a valid digital product has been revealed or redeemed.

Step 2: use the correct checkout email

The checkout email is used for order communication and may receive the key, code, credentials, invite, or instructions. It also helps support identify the order.

Before placing the order:

  • Check spelling.
  • Use an inbox you can access.
  • Confirm that the address can receive messages.
  • Create or sign in to the required Access Land account if checkout requires one.
  • Distinguish the checkout email from any separate service-account email requested for an invite or upgrade.

Step 3: payment confirmation

Digital delivery begins after successful payment confirmation, not merely after the checkout form is submitted. Authorization, provider processing, or fraud checks can affect when the order becomes eligible for fulfillment.

An order may require review for:

  • Payment confirmation.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Incorrect customer details.
  • Region mismatch.
  • Stock confirmation.
  • Manual setup or account provisioning.

Review is not the same as failure. It means the order needs an additional check before delivery.

Step 4: automated or manual fulfillment

Automated or eligible instant delivery

Stocked keys, license keys, gift codes, wallet codes, and some security products may be delivered instantly or shortly after payment confirmation. The exact product page controls.

Manual or account-based delivery

Accounts, invites, upgrades, and products requiring account preparation can need manual work. Delivery may include credentials, an invitation, an upgrade applied to an existing account, or a completion message.

Do not apply a key-delivery expectation to an account product. The mechanisms are different.

Step 5: delivery channels

Access Land may deliver through:

  1. The checkout email inbox.
  2. The Access Land account order page.
  3. A support message when additional confirmation is needed.

Check all of these before reporting non-delivery. Also check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.

What to do when delivery has not arrived

  1. Confirm payment completed and the order was created.
  2. Check inbox, spam/junk, promotions, and search for Access Land.
  3. Check the Access Land account order page.
  4. Confirm the checkout email is correct.
  5. Re-read the product’s stated delivery window and mechanism.
  6. Check for a request from support for additional information.
  7. If the stated window has passed, contact support with the order number and checkout email.

Do not publish the delivered key, code, password, or access link while asking for help.

Payment confirmed but order under review

When an order is under review, avoid placing repeated duplicate orders unless support tells you to do so. A duplicate purchase can create a duplicate-charge or duplicate-fulfillment problem.

Keep the payment receipt, order number, and any review message. If the review needs information, answer through the stated support channel.

When delivery counts as wrong or incomplete

Examples that may require investigation include:

  • No product arrived within the applicable window.
  • The delivered version, edition, denomination, region, plan, or duration differs from the order.
  • A key/code is invalid before use.
  • Account or invite access does not match the product description.
  • Required activation or redemption instructions are missing and the product cannot reasonably be used.

These examples do not automatically guarantee a refund. Access Land reviews eligible issues under Buyer Protection and the Refund Policy and may troubleshoot, replace, correct delivery, refund, or provide another policy-supported resolution.

Frequently asked questions

Does Access Land ship a box or card?

No. Access Land sells digital products only.

What does instant delivery mean?

For an eligible product, it means digital delivery after payment confirmation without physical shipping. Payment review, fraud checks, stock, and product-specific fulfillment can still affect timing.

Where will the product appear?

Usually in the checkout email and, when supported, the Access Land account order page. Support may contact the buyer if more information is needed.

Why can an account take longer than a code?

An account, invite, or upgrade may need preparation, eligibility checks, or a manual action, while a stocked code can be released automatically.

Should I buy again if the first order is delayed?

Not before checking the order status and contacting support. A second order can create duplicate charges or deliveries.

Next step

Review the Delivery Policy and the exact product page before checkout. If an existing order needs investigation, prepare a digital-order support request, then contact Access Land.
