Because Access Land sells digital products, our refund policy differs from physical goods retailers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible for Refund

  • Product key or license does not work as described
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Duplicate charge on your payment method
  • Product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after key has been revealed or delivered
  • Product key has already been redeemed or activated
  • Issues caused by your platform account (bans, restrictions)
  • Failure to meet product requirements (e.g., wrong region, platform)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.
  2. Email support@accessland.io or use our Contact page.
  3. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  4. Provide screenshots or proof if applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. For cryptocurrency purchases, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as crypto transactions are non-reversible.
