By using Access Land or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms shown before checkout.
1. About Access Land
Access Land is an independent digital goods marketplace. We sell digital products such as gift cards, wallet codes, software license keys, security licenses, account subscriptions, invites, upgrades, and related access instructions.
Access Land is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by the brands, platforms, publishers, or software companies named on the site unless expressly stated.
2. Digital Products Only
Access Land sells digital products only. No physical product is shipped.
Depending on the product, delivery may include:
- Product key or license key
- Gift card or wallet code
- Account credentials
- Account invite
- Account upgrade confirmation
- Activation instructions
- Redemption instructions
- Download or access link
3. Product Details
Product pages may include region, platform, duration, device limits, account limits, renewal rules, activation steps, and delivery timing. You are responsible for reading the product page before purchase and choosing the correct product, version, platform, and region.
We work to keep product details accurate, but product availability, pricing, features, platform rules, and third-party service behavior may change.
4. Orders And Payment
Orders must be paid successfully before delivery. Some orders may require fraud review, payment review, customer verification, or manual fulfillment before delivery.
Access Land may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we believe the order is fraudulent, abusive, incorrectly priced, unavailable, impossible to fulfill, or violates these terms.
5. Delivery

Eligible products may be delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Manual, account-based, invite-based, or upgrade-based products may require additional processing time as shown on the product page.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking your inbox, spam folder, and Access Land account order page.
6. Buyer Protection
Eligible orders are covered by Access Land buyer protection if the product does not work as described. Buyer protection may include troubleshooting, replacement, refund, or another fair resolution according to the Buyer Protection and Refund Policy.
Buyer protection does not cover every situation. Product misuse, wrong-region purchases, wrong-platform purchases, buyer remorse after delivery, and valid products that have already been revealed, redeemed, activated, or used may not be eligible for refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Because digital products can be revealed, redeemed, activated, or used immediately after delivery, refunds are usually not available after valid digital access has been delivered, except where buyer protection or applicable law requires a different outcome.
8. Account And Subscription Products
Some products may involve account credentials, account invites, subscription access, team access, upgrades, or third-party account rules.
Product pages may include restrictions such as:

- Chargeback abuse

Access Land may restrict support, cancel orders, or refuse future service for abusive or fraudulent activity.
10. Brand Names And Intellectual Property
Product names, logos, trademarks, software names, platform names, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Access Land uses brand names to identify compatible or related products.
Unless explicitly stated, Access Land is not an official partner, authorized reseller, or representative of those brands.
11. Pricing And Availability
Prices, stock, product availability, delivery methods, and product details may change without notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, Access Land may offer replacement, refund, store credit, or another resolution.
12. Reviews And User Content
If reviews or user content are enabled, you agree not to submit false, abusive, unlawful, misleading, or spam content. Access Land may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Access Land is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of access, loss of data, third-party account action, platform changes, or service interruptions outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
